TERMS & CONDITIONS
- On the day of the event, Section area is closed for public for 3 hours
- All set up must start after restaurant operational hours
- Loading out must start after the event finish
- No foods are taken away
- No food from outside is allowed at restaurant & function room
- Additional crew or nanny meal box at IDR 100.000 net/box
- Corkage fee will be charged as per consumption for any type of beverage brought into the hotel
- Wine at IDR 450.000++ / bottle (750 ml)
- Liquor at IDR 600.000++ / bottle (700 ml)
- Hotel has the right to arrange installation and placement of stage, backdrop, decoration & entertainment
- Sound system rental fee : IDR 2.500.000 Net
Wedding Organizer
FINASTE SANGJIT 2
- Lead the event on the day.
- Provide 5 crews on the day for a maximum of 150 guests.
- We will arrange 1 offline meeting or unlimited online meetings.
- Provide cue cards for the Master of Ceremony.
- Follow up on your Sangjit preparation and vendor confirmations.
- Arrange the rundown and all details of your Sangjit on G-Drive.
- Organize your Sangjit tray.
- Check food and beverages on the day.
- Handle and brief all family members on the day.
- Up to 5 hours of work on the day.
- 1 MC for a duration of 3 hours leading your Sangjit ceremony.
Decoration
- Backdrop template design 3,6 x 2,5 m*
- Simple lighting for the backdrop area
- Artificial flower arrangement on the backdrop area
- Double Happiness (Xuang Xi) Logo for backdrop
- 8 trays + 2 bird cages
- 10 gold pedestal tables for tray display
- Simple tray decoration and arrangement included
- 2 large hong bao (red envelopes) for Uang Susu & Uang Lamaran * depend on the vendor
